Join us in Madeira Beach all month long at any one of the numerous events or activities going on in our beautiful beach town! Check back daily as events are added throughout the month.
Saturday, June 1 – Trash Pirates Beach Clean-Up
Please join the City of Madeira Beach to help clean up our beach from 8:00am – 11:00am. The event will take place at Archibald Beach Park, and the city will provide bags, gloves, sunscreen, water, and parking passes. For more information, visit the Facebook event page.
Saturday, June 1 through Sunday, June 2 – Madeira Beach Open Water Weekend
On Saturday, June 1st, come and join us for the Madeira Beach Open Water Swim with a 1/2 mile or 1 mile course at Archibald Park. This event has grown to be one the best local open water events to kick off the summer. For more information and details, please visit the event website.
On Sunday, June 2nd, challenge yourself with the 2019 Madeira Beach 3.5 Aquathon! This is a race that will challenge both runners and swimmers alike. Race Distances include: Swim 1/4 mile, Run 2 miles, Swim 1/4 mile, Run 1 mile. For more information, please visit the event website.
Saturday, June 1 through Sunday, June 2 – Just for Fun College Showcase Softball Tournament
The Just for Fun College Showcase Softball Tournament will be taking place at the Madeira Beach Recreation fields. Please be advised of increased traffic and limited parking throughout the event.
Monday, June 3 – First Day of Summer Camp

Sunday, June 9 – Yoga & Mimosas on the beach
Join Madeira Beach Yoga on the beach at Archibald Park for an all levels Beach Flow yoga class followed by a complimentary Mimosa, Bloody Mary, or non-alcoholic beverage of your choice. Class will begin at 9:00am. For more information and registration, please visit their website.
Friday, June 14 – Madeira Beach Sunset Series 5K Race #1
Madeira Beach is known for incredible sunsets. Each Friday evening of the Madeira Beach 5K Sunset Series, runners will take to the sand and enjoy the famous, breath-taking views. Sandy beaches/Rita's Italian Ice/ Craft Beer/Post-race party and sunsets. All races are on the beach, yes you will run in the sand. For more information, visit the event website.
Wednesday, June 19 – Madeira Beach Fire Department Public CPR Training Class
Join the Madeira Beach Fire Department for the monthly public CPR Training Class. The class will take place in the City Centre Room at 300 Municipal Drive, from 8:00am – 12:00pm. All students must pre-register. Please contact Madeira Beach Fire Department at (727) 391-3400 to register. Training is free for residents of Madeira Beach and $25 for non-residents. Friday, June 21 – Free Movie on the Beach: Jaws
Jaws Returns! Join us on the beach at Archibald Park for the 4th Annual Free Screening of Jaws! The event begins at 8:00pm, and the movie will be shown after sunset at Archibald Beach. For more information, visit the Facebook event page.
Friday, June 21 – Solstice Yoga on the Lawn
Join Madeira Beach Yoga on the lawn for an all levels yoga class honoring the Summer Solstice. The Summer Solstice is a celebration of the sun, of nature and of light. We celebrate longer days, abundant sunshine, and personal growth. We will express gratitude for our abundance, beauty and bounty that nature so effortlessly provides during this time. Let's honor this day by honoring ourselves, and the beauty that surrounds us with a fun and engaging all levels yoga practice on the lawn beyond the Yoga Patio.
