Monday, April 1 – Madeira Beach Social Club Monthly Meeting

The Madeira Beach Social Club will be holding their monthly meeting on Monday, April 1. The meeting will be held in the City Centre Room at City Hall at 1:00pm. For more information regarding the Madeira Beach Social Club, please visit their website.

Friday, April 5 – Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation

Come join Madeira Beach Yoga at the Studio, located at Madeira Beach Recreation Center on Friday, April 5, from 6:00pm – 7:00pm. Yoga Nidra, meaning yogic sleep, is a guided meditation that takes you into a trance-like state similar to when falling asleep. This state allows you to be completely aware of both your surroundings and your inner state of being. In Yoga Nidra we can restore our body, mind and senses while tapping into a deep sense of calm and relaxation. In this hour long light stretching and mediation, you will be comfortably lying down and supported by a bolster and blankets and will “awaken” with a sense of feeling refreshed and rested. There is no yoga or meditation experience necessary, Yoga Nidra meditation is accessible for anyone in need of its refreshing benefits.

Saturday, April 6 – Beach Clean-Up

Please join the City of Madeira Beach to help clean up our beach from 8:00am – 11:00am. The event will take place at Archibald Beach Park, and the city will provide bags, gloves, sunscreen, water, and parking passes.

Sunday, April 7 – Yoga & Mimosas on the Beach

Join Madeira Beach Yoga on the beach at Archibald Park for an all levels Beach Flow yoga class followed by a complimentary Mimosa, Bloody Mary, or non-alcoholic beverage of your choice. Class will begin at 9:00am.

Friday, April 12 – Parents’ Night Out

Join us for our monthly Parents' Night Out! Drop off your child at the Recreation Center from 6:00pm – 10:00pm and we will keep them entertained with games, movies, and activities while you head out for the evening! Our fully licensed staff will be onsite all evening long to supervise the children while they are hanging out! This event is for children ages 5 – 14. The fee is $15 for Madeira Beach Residents and $20 for Non-Residents. For more information and to register, contact the Recreation Center at (727)392-0665.

Sunday, April 14 – Madeira Way Sunday Market

Join us for the monthly Madeira Way Market! Locally-made arts, crafts, gifts and produce. This event features vendors as well as the businesses located on Madeira Way. The market will take place from 10:00am – 3:00pm.

Friday, April 19 – School Day Out at the Rec. Center

School is out for the day! The Recreation Center will be open all day for School Day Out. The fee for school days out is $15 for Madeira Beach Residents and $20 for Non-Residents. Monday, April 22 – Madeira Beach Fire Department Public CPR Training and Certification Class

Come join the Madeira Beach Fire Department for the monthly public CPR Training Class. The class will take place at the Madeira Beach City Centre Room located at 300 Municipal Drive, from 8:30am – 12:00pm. All students must pre-register. Friday, April 26 – Madeira Beach Yoga Friday Fusion Class

Come join Madeira Beach Yoga for Friday Fusion Class at 6:00pm. Select Fridays each month we will fuse our breath with our moves through a variety of fun classes including wall, flow and restorative. Infuse your weekend with yoga joy and join us for this all levels class available to everyone. Fridays in the studio are fun. Saturday through Sunday, April 27 – 28 – National Softball Association Softball Tournament

The NSA Softball Tournament will be taking place at the Madeira Beach Recreation fields. Please be advised of increased traffic and limited parking throughout the duration of the event.
