Madeira Beach is known for incredible sunsets. Each Friday evening of the Madeira Beach 5K Sunset Series, runners will take to the sand and enjoy the famous, breath-taking views. Sandy beaches/Rita's Italian Ice/ Craft Beer/Post race party and sunsets. All races are on the beach, yes you will have to run in the sand. Location 12901 Gulf Blvd Madeira Beach. John's Pass Park shelter. Do NOT go over the John's Pass bridge or you have gone too far. Day of race registration 5:15pm-7:00pm at John Pass Shelter. See Map at download tab Location and Parking/ See download map. Free parking first come first serve in John Pass Shelter area only each Friday of the race. Additional parking available at other locations See Parking map on downloads. Don't get towed it could ruin your weekend. Want to Get Away? Hotel information. Spend the weekend with us. Marriott Courtyard has rooms available every Friday night. 601 American Legion Dr, Madeira Beach 727-392-8088 Amenities Chip Timed distance and results for all runners. Fee on race day will be $35.00 June 16th event will be male/female tank tops. July 7th event will be beach towels. August 4th event will be Truckers hats. All items will be guaranteed to preregistered runners. Award winners will be everyone....There will be no age group awards for these events. There will be overall series awards for first in each age group male/female. Starting at 14 & under up to 75+. Series awards available at last race of the series. HUGE Post-Race Party Hooters Johns Pass 192 John's Pass Boardwalk. Runners are able to walk to the Hooters after the race. Hooters will provide post race food and beer to all registered runners. You must show your wrist band for access to post race party. Day of race registration Starts at 5:15pm and ends at 7:00pm.
