Join us in Madeira Beach all month long at any one of the numerous events or activities going on in our beautiful beach town! Check back daily as events are added throughout the month.
Thursday, May 4th - May Senior Movie Matinee - Hacksaw Ridge - Movies are held on the first Thursday of the month at 12:30PM in the City Centre Room at City Hall. Cost is $2 for non-residents and $1 for residents and members.
Saturday, May 6th - Kingfish Tournament Wild West - $10,000 First Place Guarantee for Open Class! Captain's Party May 4th at 7pm Madeira Beach Marina Weigh In at John's Pass Village, 3pm. Everyone Welcome! This is a SKA Division 6 Event. REMINDER TO WILD WEST TEAMS: You can fish both the Wild West and the Angler Armory KMT. Thursday, May 11 – Tropicana Field: Tampa Bay Rays vs. Kansas City Royals - Join the Madeira Beach Social Club for a daytime outing to Tropicana Field where the Tampa Bay Rays will take on the Kansas City Royals. Trip cost is $20 for City Residents / $22 for Non-Madeira Beach Residents. Fee includes roundtrip bus from Madeira Beach Recreation to field and one ticket to event. Saturday, May 13 & 14 - 5th Annual Madeira Beach Craft Festival - Madeira Way will be lined with crafters from all areas, displaying their works for sale at this community festival. Sunday May 14 - Madeira Beach Yoga - Yoga & Mimosas - Every second Sunday of the month, join us for this all levels Beach Flow class followed by a Mimosa, Bloody Mary or non-alcoholic beverage of your choice. After yoga we'll walk over to the Snack Shack and enjoy our cocktails. The perfect way to start your Sunday. Monday, May 15 - Saturday May 20 - Madeira Beach Youth Baseball & Softball - City Softball Tournament - All week long, teams from around Pinellas County will participate in the City Tournament, hosted by MBYBS. Admission to the games is free. Schedule to be posted soon!

Saturday, May 20 - Florida Cup 2017 - Join us for the 5th annual Florida Cup presented by John's Pass Village. This race will highlight the best paddling conditions in Florida. The Florida Cup will challenge Elite participants in the gulf and the intercostal waters. The open race will be set to the best conditions offered on race day. There will be races for the elite paddlers, recreational enthusiasts, and kids. As a championship event it will draw contestants from across the United States. Event Website: Click Here

Tuesday, May 30th - First Day of Summer Camp - Madeira Beach Recreation is excited to offer the 2017 Summer Camp experience. We will have daily field trips, outdoor and indoor activities, and crafts.
